The best shackets for A/W21

Personally I love a good shacket, I don’t think you can get a better transitional piece than one right now. Even though it’s still kind of warmish, actually while I’m writing this we’re surprisingly having a mini heatwave in the uk, in September… It’s nearly 30 degrees and that’s unheard of for this time of year.

I just think there’s so much choice this year compared to years before, more styles, colours and lengths so there’s really something for everyone. I especially love the more neutral shackets as I find them easier to layer and match as well as it being a staple piece in my wardrobe for the season.

I find it’s the ideal jacket to throw on anytime not only during the colder months but anytime during the year too, it’s just super versatile to style. I think the checked/dogtooth style shackets look great with jeans or leather leggings, jumper and chelsea boots. I also have a love for the teddy shackets which I still need to get my hands on.
