I’ve been blogging for a while now, just over 2 years, well nearly 3.. Can anyone actually believe that because I can’t. It’s kinda crazy how far I’ve come since posting my first blog post, I’ve worked with brands which I never thought I would and I’ve been so lucky to receive some amazing products to review but of course it’s the messages I’ve received that mean the most, I’ve honestly just been so overwhelmed with all the love I’ve received since starting my blog so thank you guys.
Recently I was just scrolling back through my posts and even through I’ve done tag posts which have given you a little insight into me but I thought I’d do a little Q&A so it’s a little more personal! The questions I actually got from a random question generator from scrolling through google and I thought it was a great little idea, so here we go..
Do you have any siblings?
I’m actually an identical twin and I’m the youngest by just 3 minutes and my sister never lets me forget that. Even though we are identical I don’t think we look alike as most people agree with me.
What is something that you’ve never done but would like to try?
Run a marathon. This is my ultimate dream and to try to run one especially London would be amazing. I’ll try my hardest to make it happen!
Do you prefer to shop online or in a store?
Well it depends what I’m buying, if it’s clothes then probably in store as I love trying on as you never know what it’s going to look like if you order online although I love that you can stay at home in bed in your pyjamas with no makeup on scrolling through any website with no one judging you.
Would you prefer to live in an urban area or a rural area?
Even though I love the idea of living somewhere rural with it being super quiet, I’m not sure I could hack it. I love being in the city too much and as my dream is to live in New York I’d have to say I’d prefer to live in an urban area.
What is the last thing you do before you go to sleep?
Probably check my phone, I know that’s the worst thing I could do but as a blogger I’m always on my phone, it’s always in my hand. I’m the worst for just lying in bed just before dropping off scrolling through social media.
What movies have you re-watched the most number of times?
Omg, there’s just so many I’ve watched over and over agin but I’d probably say.. The fault in our stars which I’ve watched numerous times and cried a lot and La La Land which I can’t get enough of. Oh and all of the Disney movies.
What was the biggest life change you’ve gone through?
Oh definitely being diagnosed with cancer. Even though at the time it was devastating to hear and now I’m still left with life changing side effects, I’ve honestly gained so much from it and I found myself from being diagnosed. I honestly felt lost in my life then cancer found me and I now I have so much in my life from it and I’m so happy.
What do you usually eat in the morning?
I’m so boring with my breakfast, so I normally just have a cup of tea (obviously), a piece of toast and some biscuits.
What are you most worried about right now?
Most worried about? Erm, probably my Grandad. He was recently told he had skin cancer and has been though a couple of procedures which hopefully had gotten rid of it but we won’t know completely until he goes and sees his consultant in around 6 weeks so I’m always worrying if he’s okay. Him and my grandma are honestly amazing and I don’t know what I’d do without either of them.
Do you prefer a quiet night at home or going out to a big party?
I’d have to say a quiet night at home.. I’m such an introvert and going out gives me so much anxiety so I tend to spend a lot of time at home when I’m not a work which is why I love blogging so much. You can’t beat snuggling up under a cosy throw with lots of food.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
Rude people. I just can’t stand when people don’t say please and thank you or push you out of the way and don’t say sorry. There’s just no need for it. Please be kind, you don’t know what people are going through.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Probably running a 10K, I wouldn’t have thought when I was lying in a hospital bed attached to so many drips, going through chemo dreaming of running one that I would actually be able to run one. It’s honeslty something I’m super proud of!
Hopefully you’ll have learnt a little bit more about me, I actually really enjoyed writing this and seeing what questions came up! I’d love to see if you have a similar post so link them below so I can have a little read.

loved this post! I actually just visited New York City yesterday since it’s only like an hour and a half train ride from where I live. As I was walking around certain towns I thought about how amazing it would be to live there, then I heard what rent was and that idea got put on a back burner until I marry someone rich LOL! I enjoyed getting to know you better, thanks for sharing this with us. xx

I’m so happy I felt well enough to be able to run a 10K but next up is a half marathon! AHHH. The Fault In Our Stars always gets me emotional, I can’t help crying. Ah, thank you so much, he’s doing well, it’s just a long wait for results 💕 xx
I loved reading your answers! Running the London Marathon is a dream of mine too. I definitely prefer cities to rural environments. I like a bit of both when it comes to shopping online vs in store too. I love New York so much! Great post x
