I have been recently introduced to ECooking skincare, an exciting new launch from Indulge Beauty and over the last few weeks I’ve been testing out a couple of products from the range.
It’s not a brand I’ve heard of before but I’m always excited to try out new skincare, who doesn’t? and if it makes a difference to my skin I’m all for it.
ECooking is actually a Danish brand that’s relatively new founded by Tina Søgaard. It’s an all natural brand and I like how the packaging is quite minimalist and chic, the ingredients are actually listed on the outside of each product which I actually love as I haven’t seen that on other products from brands before. It’s so easy to understand what the products contain too.
Everything in the ECooking range is not only handmade but hand filled and the products are also pure organic and mostly vegan, oh and they are free from parabens. Also, some of the products are edible. YES EDIBLE. You can actually add some of the product to a smoothie for example. I don’t know of any other brand who makes products that can be added to food..
Cleansing Gel
The cleansing gel I was very excited to try out. It comes in a 200ml bottle which is a decent size for a cleanser. I actually started using this before taking photo’s as you might be able to see it’s not full to the top, I’d run out of my other cleanser and I really wanted to test it out so thought why not and I’m really glad I did.
It features cucumber extract and vitamin E so it’s really good for your skin and you can definitely smell the cucumber but it’s not too overpowering. Some other cleansing products I’ve used in the past have had some nasty chemicals in but you can really see the difference in this as it’s completely natural.
The cleansing gel makes the perfect first step in my skincare routine, as with any cleaning gel you only need a small amount then rub the product together and massage onto skin, then obviously rinse off with warm water.
I thought it was going to leave my skin oily and dry like other cleansing products I have used over recent years but I was surprised when it left my skin feeling so soft and clean and not dry at all. My face felt fully cleansed! After using the product I then just used some moisturiser to keep my skin feeling soft.
The ‘Rensegel’ is £23 for 200ml and I couldn’t recommend it more.
Multi-Balm
The next product I couldn’t wait to try out was the Multi Balm. It doesn’t just have one use though, it has many. It can be used for dry areas, cuticles, insect bites, minor burns and cracked lips. I am so obsessed if a product has more than one use because it’s near enough worth the money.
Even though my skin isn’t too bad right now as it’s not particularly cold like in winter I still have a lot of dry areas that could do with some help. This balm gives intense moisture and helps repair damaged skin.
I have been using this every morning and actually leaving it on overnight on my feet and wearing socks to keep the moisture the in then I wake up with such smooth feet, it’s unreal. As well as my feet needing some TLC, my elbows were also super dry and a little cracked and the balm has helped smooth and repair them, I’m so impressed.
The Multi Balm contains some amazing ingredients which help care for the skin including Vitamin E, Shea Butter & olive oils which help protect and hydrate the skin. Oh and the balm is also so handy if you are going travelling as it’s the perfect size and so light, it would take up a lot of space at all.
The Mulit-Balm is £23 for 75ml which I don’t find too bad at all!

This multi balm we have at home, and after a scolding water burn my hubby used it, and omg it’s amazing, it protected the burnt skin while healing it, never had a scar from it. And after my surgery I used it on my scar too. I am converted

Omg. No way! I haven’t used it on my scars yet so I’ll have to see how it works on mine. It’s good to know how well it works on burns as well! x
I really like the look and sound of these. Always drawn by good packaging as much as anything else!
The packaging always gets me haha
I’ve never heard of a brand that you can actually add to food before! That’s pretty incredible! These sound great, I love the packaging (and your photos) too! <3

These sound pretty good, I’ve not heard of this brand before but that’s why I love reading other blogs to come across them! The cleansing gel sounds really good, I like that it makes your skin feel soft and clean, and the fact that you can add these to food as well, that’s pretty cool!
